Business leaders are becoming more open to coaching for themselves and their teams to promote workplace wellness and resilience, as well as to mitigate mental health risks.

The phenomenon of multigenerational workforces where Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, Millennials and Gen Z not only co-exist but often work together in the same teams, can give rise to tension and conflict. These generational differences in values, expectations, aspirations, desires, communications, triggers and responses call for different approaches to coaching and counselling.

I consult with companies and employers to understand specific needs and goals, and design bespoke coaching and/or counselling services for teams and individuals. With a background in professional services firms, I am experienced in helping people in high-pressure environments apply evidence-based strategies to optimise productivity and success.
